Responsibilities included executing sponsor deliverables, researching grants relevant to the organization's mission and programs, creating and managing internal spreadsheets and wayfaring maps provided to all sponsors, organizing and inventorying sponsor banners, stage scrims, and signage, etc.
Event date responsibilities included working with sponsors one-on-one to identify needs and provide assistance, hanging signs and banners, and helping resolve issues/provide overall support to the Development Department to ensure success.
Crescent City Film Festival - Publicity Director / January - April 2022
Planned and developed a film festival that ran from April 21st to 23rd at Loyola University New Orleans.
This festival was focused on celebrating the DIY spirit of independent and avant- garde cinema.
Acted as the Head of Advertising and Promotions, being in charge of the social media accounts and sponsorships.
Managed the Instagram account that reached 700+ followers.
Ran the international livestream for the filmmakers who couldn’t make it to the festival. It reached 200+ viewers.
Managed to get $1,500 of donations to put towards the festival.
